西安地区公共数字文化服务体系建设的回顾与展望

Retrospect and Prospect of Public Digital Cultural Service System Construction in Xi’an

西安地区信息化发展滞后,在国家的文化惠民工程带动下,西安公共数字文化服务体系建设实现了跨越式发展。但在网络支持与资源建设上整体水平依然偏低,导致服务效果欠佳。新时代西安公共数字文化建设迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,制约公共数字文化服务发展的障碍将逐步消除,这必将推动公共数字文化服务效能的大幅度提升。回顾西安地区公共数字文化服务体系建设的简要历程,分析存在的问题,并对未来发展做出展望。

Xi’an’s information development lags behind,and the construction of Xi’an’s public digital cultural service system has achieved leap-forward development driven by the national cultural benefit project.However,the overall level of network support and resource construction is still low,resulting in poor service effect.In the new era,the construction of public digital culture in Xi’an has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity,and the obstacles restricting the development of public digital cultural services will be gradually eliminated,which will definitely promote the efficiency of public digital cultural services to be greatly improved.This paper reviews the brief course of the construction of public digital cultural service system in Xi’an,analyzes the existing problems,and looks forward to the future development.
