近十年(2011-2020)知识产权制度研究进展分析:基于WOS数据的可视化研究

[目的/意义]分析近十年来知识产权制度研究热点、前沿和趋势,结合我国的实际情况,为知识产权制度相关研究以及我国知识产权保护工作提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]使用Citespace可视化分析工具,对在Web of Science数据库检索出来的符合本文研究目的文献的题录信息进行分析,从国别(地区)、研究领域、期刊叠加、研究机构、文献共被引等角度对国际间近十年来的知识产权制度相关研究进展进行分析。[结果/结论]从国别(地区)来看,知识产权制度研究呈现出明显的地域特征,欧美等地区对此研究较为成熟;从研究机构来看,以高等院校、科研所等机构为主,为知识产权制度的研究提供了强有力的科研力量;从研究领域、期刊叠加分布以及文献共被引等角度来看,知识产权制度的研究涉及政治学、管理学、法学以及图书情报等多领域,带有明显的交叉领域属性;同时本领域内的研究热点持续性较好,在注重定性分析的同时兼顾使用定量分析的手段,并注重与信息化环境发展相适应。

[Purpose/significance]Analyze the research hotspots,frontiers and trends of the intellectual property system of the past ten years,combined with analysis of China's actual situation,to provide reference for the research on the intellectual property system and the protection of intellectual property in China.[Method/process]Use the visual analysis tool Citespace to analyze the bibliographic information of the documents retrieved from the Web of Science database,which matches the research purpose of this article.Then,analyze the research progress of the intellectual property system abroad in the past ten years from the perspectives of country or region of origin,research field,periodical superposition,research institution,and literature co-citation.[Result/conclusion]The data on countries/regions show clear regional characteristics in research on the intellectual property system.The research in Europe and the United States is relatively mature;from the perspective of research institutions,institutions such as universities and scientific research institutes are used as examples.Mainly,they provide a strong scientific research force for the research of the intellectual property system;from the perspectives of research fields,periodical superposition and literature co-citation,the research of the intellectual property system involves politics,management,law,library information,and multiple other fields,with obvious cross-field attributes;additionally,the research hotspots in this field have good continuity,focusing on qualitative analysis while also using quantitative analysis methods,and focusing on adapting to the development of the information environment.
