From the filing date of patent application to the date of right elimination,patents have undergone a complex evolution,in which various roles have participated,forming a wealth of data and information of technology,law and market.Through the scientific management mechanism of patent life cycle,the existing patent case decision-making mode which mainly depends on human and manual work has been optimized,and under the condition of advanced data technology,more use of various data,legal and market information has been achieved on condition of advanced information and data processing technology to achieve intelligent management,get rid of the low efficiency of human work and blindness of decision-making,to achieve the benefits of scientific management.
