摘要 专利自申请日起至权利终止日止,经历了复杂的演变,各种角色参与其中,形成了丰富的技术、法律、市场的数据与信息。通过专利生命周期科学管理机制,优化主要依赖人力、人工作业的既有专利案件决策模式,在先进的数据技术条件下通过更多地运用各种数据、信息及数据处理技术来实现管理的智能化,摆脱人力作业的低效与决策盲目性,达到科学管理的效益。 From the filing date of patent application to the date of right elimination,patents have undergone a complex evolution,in which various roles have participated,forming a wealth of data and information of technology,law and market.Through the scientific management mechanism of patent life cycle,the existing patent case decision-making mode which mainly depends on human and manual work has been optimized,and under the condition of advanced data technology,more use of various data,legal and market information has been achieved on condition of advanced information and data processing technology to achieve intelligent management,get rid of the low efficiency of human work and blindness of decision-making,to achieve the benefits of scientific management.
