通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Tongxinluo Capsules for Migraine

目的:观察通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取偏头痛患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各75例。对照组给予口服盐酸氟桂利嗪片治疗,研究组给予口服通心络胶囊治疗。4周为1个疗程,2组均持续治疗2个疗程。观察比较2组临床疗效,分析比较2组治疗前后外周血中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和单核细胞-淋巴细胞比值(MLR)水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为70.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组外周血NLR、MLR水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组外周血NLR、MLR水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者偏头痛发病频次、疼痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者偏头痛发病频次、疼痛持续时间均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且研究组2项指标均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊治疗偏头痛可有效改善患者病情,提高临床疗效,降低外周血NLR、MLR水平及VAS评分。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsules for migraine.Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with migraine were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was orally treated with Tongxinluo capsules.Both groups were treated for two courses,four weeks being one course.The clinical effect in the two groups was observed and compared.Before and after treatment,the changes in the levels of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)in peripheral blood and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%in the study group and 70.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the expression levels of NLR and MLR in peripheral blood between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NLR and MLR in peripheral blood in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the frequency and duration of incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of incidence in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two indexes in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsules for migraine can effectively improve disease conditions and clinical effect,and decrease the levels of NLR and MLR and the VAS scores.
