摘要
为做好烟台市入海排污口整治工作,基于云计算、物联网、大数据等现代信息技术,设计了一个全方位、多角度监管的智慧监管平台,阐述了系统原理并给予实现。平台具备排查、监测、溯源、整治、保护、督导等功能,可以提高整治工作信息化、智能化、可视化水平。平台建成后,借助现代信息技术手段为环境保护主管部门提供工作管理、决策分析等功能,大幅提高入海排污口管理工作效率。
In order to improve and rectify ocean outfall regulation in Yantai city,an intelligent supervisory platform has been designed and developed in a comprehensive and multi-faceted way,based on modern information technologies including cloud computing,IOT and Big Data.The system operating principles have also been illustrated and implemented below.The platform has the functions of investigation,monitoring,traceability,rectification,protective operating,and supervision,which could greatly improve the standard of information,intelligence and visualization.Once the platform has been implemented,the working efficiencies in ocean outfall management would be significantly enhanced,benefiting Environment Protection Authorities in their work management and decision analysis.
