通向低碳之路:高铁开通对工业碳排放的影响 被引量:44

The Way to Low Carbon Emission:Impact of High-Speed Railway on Industrial Carbon Emissions

摘要 本文使用城市和企业污染数据,采用双重差分和空间杜宾模型系统地研究高铁对城市工业的碳减排效应。研究发现:(1)高铁开通降低了城市的工业碳排放,该结论在一系列稳健性检验中均成立;(2)高铁通过影响企业的技术和成本,实现了绿色技术创新、产业升级和生产率提升,从而降低了城市工业碳排放;(3)高铁通过技术外溢作用实现了沿线中小城市的工业碳减排。本文对解释中国工业碳减排的成就提供了新的视角,为下一阶段中国的碳污染治理开拓了思路。 Based on urban and corporate pollution data,this paper studies the carbon emission reduction effect of high-speed rail on urban industries using difference-in-difference method and spatial Dubin model system.It is found that:(1)the opening of high-speed rail reduces the city’s industrial carbon emissions,which is true in enterprise data and a series of robustness tests;(2)high-speed rail has achieved green technological innovation,industrial upgrading and productivity improvement by affecting the technology and cost of enterprises,thereby reducing urban industrial carbon emissions;(3)high-speed rail has realized the industrial carbon emission reduction of small and medium-sized cities along the route through technology spillover.This paper provides a new perspective to explain why China has made great achievements in industrial carbon emission reduction,and opens up new ideas for the next stage of carbon pollution control in China.
