蜡油加氢装置加热炉炉管振动分析 被引量:2

摘要 山东某石化企业的蜡油加氢装置加热炉运行过程中,存在严重的管道振动现象并伴随有间歇性异响。采用振动信号测试系统结合有限元仿真模拟的方式,对加热炉炉管进行振动分析。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件计算管道模型的前150阶固有频率,在对比激发频率与固有频率后,发现管道系统激发频率和固有频率相近。通过进一步的谐响应分析,判定炉内间歇性异响来源于辐射炉弯管与吊架的碰撞与摩擦,压缩机的往复脉冲激励频率所致的强迫振动是导致加热炉产生异响的主要原因。 During the operation of the heating furnace of the wax oil hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical plant in Shandong Province,there was severe pipeline vibration accompanied by intermittent abnormal noise.The vibration signal testing system combined with finite element simulation was used to analyze the vibration of the heating furnace pipeline.The first 150 order natural frequencies of the pipeline model were calculated by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software.After comparing the excitation frequency and the natural frequency,it is found that the excitation frequency and the natural frequency of the pipeline system are close.Through further harmonic response analysis,it is determined that the intermittent abnormal noise in the furnace comes from the collision and friction between the radiant furnace elbow and the hanger.The forced vibration caused by the reciprocating pulse excitation frequency of the compressor is the main reason for the abnormal noise of the heating furnace.
