摘要
中国石油独山子石化公司苯乙烯装置大型尾气压缩机组开机过程中发生联锁停机,造成机组开机失败。结合机组设备的结构和工作原理,利用状态监测分析软件,通过图谱分析,确定故障产生的根本原因是汽轮机转子热弯曲及临界转速偏移。采取延长汽轮机暖机时间、降低高速暖机转速及调整升速曲率的措施进行相应处理后,机组顺利开机。
During its start-up,a large tail gas compressor unit in the styrene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was shut down by interlock,resulting in startup failure.According to the structure and working principle of the compressor,the diagrams were analyzed by status monitoring and analysis software.It is found that the root cause of the fault is the thermal bending and critical speed deviation of the steam turbine rotor.By taking measures to extend the warm-up time of the steam turbine,reduce the high-speed warm-up speed,and adjust the speed-up curvature,the compressor started smoothly.
