扣件组装测试系统及性能试验

摘要 通过分析国内外相关试验标准,提出测试系统设计要求,列出了主要的硬件配置,通过某轨道工程用扣件系统进行了相关性能试验,给出了清晰的试验布置图,验证了测试系统的可行性。特别针对组装疲劳性能试验在试验准备、力值计算、方法差异方面,作了较详细的介绍。最后,作为第三方检验机构,如何更好地为轨道工程可持续发展发挥作用,值得不断研究。 By analyzing the relevant domestic and foreign standards,the design requirements of test system are put forward,and main hardware configurations are given.The performance tests are carried out by one fastening system of railway engineering,and the clear test layout is also given,which is verified the feasibility of system.In particular,more detailed introduction about test preparation,force value calculation,method differences of fatigue performance,so that you can see.Finally,how to play a better role is worthy of continuous study in the sustainable development of urban rail transit,as a third-party inspection agency.
