摘要
利用计算机、相机、视觉控制器、可编程逻辑控制器为主要硬件,视觉软件与组态王软件为开发平台,组成机器视觉计算机控制系统,构建压力表自动检定装置。根据检定规程要求,由计算机控制造压系统,任意设置压力点,实现检定过程自动化。装置自动采集标准压力值、被检指针压力表值,自动计算示值误差、回程变差、轻敲位移,与检定规程允许误差计算一览表比较,自动判定压力表的合格与否。实现可视的操作界面,保存检定数据及打印检定证书。
Using PC,camera,vision controller,PLC as the main hardware,vision software and Kingview software as the development platform,the machine vision computer control system is formed,and the pressure gauge automatic verification device is constructed.According to the requirements of the verification regulations,the pressure generating system is controlled by a computer,and the pressure points are set arbitrarily to realize the automation of the verification process.The device automatically collects the standard pressure value and the value of the tested pointer pressure gauge,and automatically calculates the indication error,the return stroke difference,and the tap displacement,and compares it with the allowable error calculation list of the verification regulations to automatically determine the qualification of the pressure gauge.Realize the visual operation interface,save the verification data,and print the verification certificate.
