研究计价器强检中应用数据保护技术的可行性,利用现行密码使用的相关技术规范,设计计价器强检的数据保护要求和方式,并提出用于数据包验证的密钥生成算法。研究表明,新型网联计价器利用国密算法技术可保证内部计量程序与参数的完整性、一致性和保密性,达到法制监督管理目的。

For discussing the feasibility of applying data protection technology to compulsory verification of taximeter,according to the national standard of information security technology,the research team design the encryption protection requirements and methods for the compulsory verification of taximeter,and proposes a kind of algorithm to generate the key for encryption and decryption.The research has shown that the new type of network-linked taximeter using national secret algorithm can ensure the integrity,consistency and confidentiality of software and parameters,and achieve the purpose of legal supervision and management.
