摘要
对高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中4-甲基苄亚基樟脑含量测定结果的不确定度进行评定。根据《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版中15种防晒剂检测方法,按照JJF 1135—2005《化学分析测量不确定度评定》和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的有关规定,建立4-甲基苄亚基樟脑不确定度评价的数学模型,并对不确定度来源进行分析和评定。不确定度来源于标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、样品处理、仪器进样、测量重复性引入的不确定度。当化妆品中4-甲基苄亚基樟脑含量为0.804%时,扩展不确定度为0.030%(k=2)。高效液相色谱法检测化妆品中4-甲基苄亚基樟脑含量测定的不确定度主要来源为标准曲线的拟合,样品处理和标准品的纯度。
Uncertainty of determination results of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor contents in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography was evaluated.According to the assay for the determination of 15 sunscreen agents in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 Edition),in accordance with JJF 1135-2005 Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis Measurement and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,a mathematical model to evaluate and analyze the source of uncertainty for the determination of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor was established.The sources of uncertainty included the preparation of standard solutions,the fitting of calibration curve,the preparation of sample,the injection of high performance liquid chromatography and the repeatability of measurement.The results showed that the relative expanded uncertainty of measurement result was 0.030%(k=2)when the content of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor in cosmetics was 0.804%.The main uncertainty came from the the fitting of calibration curve,the preparation of sample and the purity of reference standards.
