树脂黏度对玻纤增强PA6力学性能和外观的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为解决工程应用中如何同时兼顾玻纤(GF)增强尼龙(PA)外观和力学性能的问题,将不同黏度的PA6树脂与40%GF共混,制备不同类型的PA6/GF复合材料。系统研究了树脂黏度对PA6/GF复合材料力学性能、结晶性能和外观的影响。结果表明,树脂黏度对PA6/GF复合材料的力学性能具有重要的影响,树脂黏度越高,PA6/GF复合材料的冲击强度越高,而拉伸强度越低;PA6/GF复合材料的熔融结晶行为与其树脂黏度具有密切的关系,树脂黏度越高,材料的结晶温度和结晶度越低;当使用相对黏度2.0树脂与相对黏度4.0树脂复配时,复合材料的分子量分布变宽,呈现最好的外观。 For glass fiber(GF)reinforced nylon(PA),how to balance its appearance and mechanical properties at the same time is a difficult problem in the field of engineering application.In order to solve this problem,PA6 resin with different viscosity was blended with 40%GF to prepare different types of PA6/GF composites.The effect of resin viscosity on mechanical properties,crystalline properties and appearance of PA6/GF was studied systematically.The results show that resin viscosity has the important effect on the mechanical properties of PA6/GF composites.The higher the resin viscosity,the higher the impact strength and the lower the tensile strength of PA6/GF.The melting and crystallization behaviors of PA6/GF composites are closely related to the resin viscosity.The higher the resin viscosity is,the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of the material will decrease obviously.When the resin with the relative viscosity of 2.0 is combined with the resin with the relative viscosity of 4.0,the PA6/GF composite has the best appearance due to the wide molecular distribution.
