摘要
简述了近年来国内外表面改性方法在碳/碳复合材料中的应用进展情况,比较了包括液相沉积法、化学气相沉积法、物理气相沉积法、化学接枝法、聚合物涂层法等表面处理方法对碳/碳复合材料的表面改性效果。介绍并总结了不同改性技术在改进碳/碳复合材料的力学性能和制备工艺方面的改性原理和各自优缺点,旨在为碳/碳复合材料的工业设计和生产制造提供有效的实现路径和指导,并对碳/碳复合材料表面改性技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。
The application progress on surface modification of carbon/carbon composites at home and abroad in recent years was summarized,and the surface modification effects of surface treatment methods including liquid deposition,chemical vapor deposition,physical vapor deposition,chemical grafting and polymer coating were compared.The different modification technology in improving mechanical properties of carbon/carbon composite materials and preparation process of modified principle and their respective advantages and disadvantages were introduced and summarized,aiming at providing effective path and some important guiding significance for the industrial design and production of carbon/carbon composites manufacturing.The future development direction of surface modification of carbon/carbon composite was prospected.
