高校院系基层党建工作的探索与实践——以北京科技大学自动化学院为例

北京科技大学自动化学院党委始终坚持把党的政治建设摆在首位,全面贯彻党的教育方针,紧密围绕学校“双一流”建设和“三全育人”综合改革试点工作,从“坚持政治统领、坚持固本强基、坚持立德树人”三个方面精准发力,持续推进党的领导科学化制度化、全面提升党支部组织力战斗力、切实增强师生思想政治教育针对性实效性,为推动学院各项事业高质量发展提供坚强的思想引领和组织保障。

The Party Committee of the School of Automation of the University of Science and Technology Beijing puts the party's political construction as paramount,fully implementing the party's educational policy,closely centering on the school's"double first-class"construction and the"three comprehensive education"pilot work of comprehensive reform.In order to continuously promote the scientific and institutionalized leadership of the party,to comprehensively enhance the organizational and combat effectiveness of the Party branch,and to effectively strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education for teachers and students,we accurately exert efforts from the three aspects of"adhering to political leadership,insisting on strengthening the foundation,and insisting on cultivating people",to provide strong ideological guidance and organizational guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the college.
