高校教工党支部活力调研与策略探析

高校教工党支部的建设和活力状况对推动高等教育教学、科研及管理等各项职能落实具有重要作用。课题组采用问卷调查、面谈及电话采访方式对以上海为主9个省市的部分高校开展了教工党支部活力情况调研,对69名高校教工党支部书记、40名支部委员和81名党员提交的调研问卷结果进行了统计分析。基于调研结果分析,从实践角度探讨提升高校教工党支部活力的策略及保障机制。

The construction and vitality of the branch of the teaching and labor party in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the implementation of various functions such as teaching and research in higher education.The research team conducted questionnaire surveys,interviews and telephone interviews to carry out a survey on the vitality of the branch of the Party of teachers and workers in nine provinces and cities including Shanghai.The results of the questionnaire submitted by 69 secretaries of the Party branches,40 Party branch committee members and 81 Party members were statistically analyzed statistically.Based on the analysis of the survey,the corresponding strategy and guarantee mechanisms were put forward from the perspective of practice to enhance the vitality of the Party branch of the university teaching and labor.
