中西医结合治疗老年肺炎的临床治疗效果观察

Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on senile pneumonia

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年肺炎的效果。方法:挑选2017年9月-2019年9月云南省红河州第一人民医院收治的300例老年肺炎患者,使用随机数字表法把患者分成观察组与对照组,每组150例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组选择中西医结合治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果:相比对照组,观察组的总有效率更高(P<0.05),不良反应率更低(P<0.05),血常规各指标水平更优(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平更低,CD8^(+)水平更高(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M的水平都更低(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年肺炎,可以有效改善病情,降低不良反应情况。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the integrative medicine on senile pneumonia.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,300 cases were randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the integrative medicine.Results:Compared with the control group,the total efficiency in the observation group was higher(P<0.05),adverse reaction rate was lower(P<0.05),the blood routine indexes were better(P<0.05),and CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels were lower,and CD8^(+)level was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin M in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine can effectively improve the condition and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of elderly pneumonia.
