脑小血管病的中医病因病机及治法探讨

脑小血管病具有隐匿起病、缓慢进展、部分可急性发作的特点,不同于传统的脑血管病。本病目前尚无明确发病机制,也无特异性靶点药物,西医治疗方案缺乏循证医学证据。文章对脑小血管病的中医病因病机进行了深刻探讨,认为本病的发生与肾、肝、脾三脏和督脉关系密切,其中肾虚是基础,脾虚是主要环节,肝阳上亢是关键,督脉是重要传导通路。并对本病的治疗进行了阐述,为本病的中医药防治提供了新思路。

Cerebral small vessel disease has the characteristics of concealed onset,slow progression,and partial acute attack,which is different from traditional cerebrovascular disease.At present,there is no clear pathogenesis and specific target medicine for this disease.The Western medicine treatment plan lacks evidence-based medicine.This article has made a profound discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of cerebral small vessel disease.It is believed that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the three organs of kidney,liver,spleen and Dumai(督脉).Kidney deficiency is the foundation,spleen deficiency is the main link,and liver Yang(阳)hyperactivity is the key is to supervise the veins is an important transmission path.And the treatment of this disease is explained,which provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
