梅杰综合征是由法国神经病学家Henry Meige首次提出的一种少见的锥体外系疾病。以双眼眼睑痉挛,口下颌肌张力障碍为主要表现。临床上此病多见于中老年女性,西医多采用口服镇静类药物、局部注射肉毒素及手术对症治疗,但西医治疗存在不良反应且易反复。导师在临床采用风池穴为主针刺治疗梅杰综合征效果显著,现介绍如下。

Meige syndrome is a rare extrapyramidal disease first proposed by the French neurologist Henry Meige.The main features were blepharospasm and mandibular dystonia.Clinically,this disease is more common in middle-aged and elderly women.Western medicine mostly uses oral sedative drugs,local injection of botulinum toxin and surgical symptomatic treatment,but western medicine treatment has side effects and is easy to repeat.My tutor’s clinical use of Fengchi(风池)points as the main treatment of Major syndrome has a significant effect.
