中风后意识障碍的中医康复研究进展

Research progress of TCM rehabilitation of consciousness disturbance after stroke

意识障碍是中风后常见的临床症状,其病情危重,病死率和致残率较高,患者预后及生活质量较差,因此患者意识的恢复也成为治疗中的难点和重点。中医特色疗法在中风后意识障碍患者的康复治疗中取得了一定成果。现回顾近10年中医对意识障碍的认识及辨证治疗方法,通过总结大量临床研究,分析中医内治和外治法的促醒疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。

Unconsciousness is a common clinical symptom after stroke, with high mortality and disability rate, poor prognosis and poor quality of life. Therefore, the recovery of patient consciousness has become the difficulty and focus in treatment. The characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine have achieved certain results in the rehabilitation of patients with impaired consciousness after stroke. In the past 10 years, TCM’s understanding of consciousness disorder and its treatment methods based on syndrome differentiation have been reviewed. By summarizing a large number of clinical studies, the curative effects of internal and external treatments of TCM have been analyzed to provide references for clinical treatment.
