摘要
新一代人工智能是对生物神经元模拟而发展出来的一种数据分析技术,在新闻写作、材料研发、医学研究、音乐作曲等知识生产领域有诸多应用,其应用效果已经达到难辨人机甚至超越人智的程度。人工智能知识生产的蔓延也导致精英权力弱化、知识理解问题、知识约束问题、数据垄断问题和知识产权问题。需要建立人工智能知识产权的分级共享机制,设定人工智能的标准,加强人工智能与法学的跨学科合作和跨学科人才培养。
The new generation of artificial intelligence is a data analysis technology developed from the simulation of biological neurons.It has many applications in the fields of knowledge production,such as news writing,material research and development,medical research,and music composition.Its application effects have reached the level which is difficult to distinguish.The spread of artificial intelligence knowledge production has also led to the weakening of elite power,knowledge understanding issues,knowledge constraints,data monopoly issues,and intellectual property issues.It is necessary to establish a hierarchical sharing mechanism for artificial intelligence intellectual property rights,set artificial intelligence standards,and strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation and interdisciplinary talent training in artificial intelligence and law.
