摘要
采用高速电机直接驱动多孔细长阀芯的旋转阀结构方案,采用迷宫密封方式,通过结构优化设计,控制高速细长阀芯转子变形,合理选择转子与阀体的间隙,解决了高频射流和密封问题。进行脉冲射流特性测试,试验结果表明,该发生器能够稳定产生0~500 Hz的脉冲射流,并且具有良好的波形。
The high-speed motor is used to directly drive the porous slender spool of the rotary valve structure scheme,and the labyrinth sealing method is adopted.Through the structural optimization design,the deformation of the high-speed slender spool rotor is controlled,the gap between the rotor and the valve body is rationally selected,and the problem of high frequency jet and sealing is solved.The experimental results show that the generator can generate pulse jet of 0~500 Hz stably and has good waveform.
