摘要
对核电阀门整机终检不合格现象进行现状调查,运用质量分析技术分析影响碳钢阀门整机锈蚀率的主要原因,制定相应的质量控制措施,并根据改善措施进行现场试验验证,论述了改进措施对阀体通道锈蚀的改善效果。
The present situation of the unqualified phenomenon in the final inspection of the whole nuclear power valve is investigated,the main reasons affecting the corrosion rate of the whole carbon steel valve are analyzed by using the quality analysis technology,the corresponding quality control measures are formulated,and the improvement measures are verified by the field test,and the improvement effect on the valve body channel corrosion is discussed.
