芪药益气生津丸治疗气阴两虚型消渴病的临床研究

Clinical study on the Qiyao Yiqi Shengjin pills in treating diabetes with deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的:探究芪药益气生津丸对气阴两虚型消渴病(西医诊断为2型糖尿病)的临床应用价值。方法:从安丘市中医院自2019年8月-2020年2月收治的80例中医辨证为气阴两虚型消渴病患者作为研究对象,并按照随机原则分为观察组及对照组,其中对照组给予西医常规治疗,包括调节血糖、改善微循环、调节血压等治疗措施,观察组则在对照组基础上给予医院自制剂-芪药益气生津丸内服,连续治疗12周后分析两组患者的空腹血糖水平、餐后2小时血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、血脂水平及中医症状积分变化情况。结果:临床治疗结果显示,观察组患者血糖、血脂水平、血清C肽水平均较前具有显著改善,且与对照组比较,差异显著,具有统计学意义;同时,观察组患者的中医症状积分改善明显,临床症状明显缓解,与对照组比较亦存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:芪药益气生津丸治疗气阴两虚型消渴病的临床效果显著,有助于改善患者血糖、血脂水平及胰岛素功能,缓解临床症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the Qiyao Yiqi Shengjin pills(芪药益气生津丸)on deficiency of Qi and Yin type(气阴两虚型)of type 2 diabete.Methods:80 cases of TCM patients with the Qi and Yin deficiency type diabetes diabetes were treated from August 2019 to February 2020 from Anqiu City Hospital of TCM Medicine.In principle,it is divided into observation group and control group.The control group is given conventional Western medicine treatment,including blood sugar adjustment,microcirculation improvement,blood pressure adjustment and other treatment measures.The observation group is given the hospital selfprepared the Qiyao Yiqi Shengjin pills more.Oral administration,after 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the fasting blood glucose level,2 hours postprandial blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin level,blood lipid level and changes in TCM symptom scores in the two groups were analyzed.Results:In the observation group,blood glucose,blood lipid levels,and serum C-peptide levels were significant improred,and compared with the control group,the difference was significant and statistically significant.At the same time,the observation group’s TCM symptom score was improved obviously,the clinical symptoms were significantly alleviated,and there were significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qiyao Yiqi Shengjin pills has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency type diabetic disease,which is helpful to improve the blood sugar and blood sugar of the patients.Blood lipid level and insulin function,relieve clinical symptoms.
