利尿通淋散对肛肠病术后尿动力学的影响

Efficacy of Liniao Tonglin San on urodynamics after anorectal disease operation

目的:探讨利尿通淋散治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准患者100例,随机分成两组。对照组患者采取心理安慰、鼓励排尿、听流水声刺激排尿、热敷等常规措施帮助排尿;治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上,术后6 h开始服用利尿通淋散。两组患者分别在治疗后行膀胱残余尿量、最大尿流率测定、首次排尿时间及有效率和中医症状评分分析。结果:治疗组采用利尿通淋散治疗后,膀胱残余尿量、最大尿流率测定、有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),首次排尿时间短于对照组,中医症状评分小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利尿通淋散在改善肛肠病术后尿潴留方面有较好疗效,为临床预防和治疗急性尿潴留提供一种切实有效的方法。

Objective:To study the effect of Liniao Tonglin San(利尿通淋散)on urinary retention after anorectal surgery.Methods:100 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group began to take Liniao Tonglin San on 6 hours after surgery.Patients in the control group received psychological comfort.Results:In the treatment group,RU,Qmax and efficiency were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the first urination time was shorter,and the TCM symptom score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liniao Tonglin San has a good effect on improving urinary retention after anorectal disease,and provides a practical and effective method for clinical prevention and treatment of acute urinary retention.
