芪丹通络汤颗粒制剂与传统水煎剂治疗3期糖尿病肾病的疗效评价

Evaluation on treating stage 3 diabetic nephropathy with the Qidan Tongluo decoction granules and traditional decoction

目的:分析芪丹通络汤颗粒制剂与传统水煎剂治疗3期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取北京中能建医院在2018年1月-2020年1月收治的90例3期糖尿病肾病患者,按奇偶数分组法分为两组,颗粒制剂组45例,采用芪丹通络汤颗粒制剂治疗;水煎剂组45例,采用芪丹通络汤传统水煎剂治疗;比较两组患者肾功能指标,评价临床效果。结果:颗粒制剂组总有效率高于水煎剂组,治疗后中医症状评分低于水煎剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颗粒制剂组治疗后肾功能指标、炎性指标低于水煎剂组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统水煎剂相比,芪丹通络汤颗粒制剂治疗3期糖尿病肾病更具效果,延缓疾病进展,临床意义大,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Qidan Tongluo decoction granules(芪丹通络汤颗粒制剂)and traditional water decoctions on stage 3 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:90 cases admitted to Beijing Zhongnengjian Hospital between January 2018 and January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd and even number grouping method.45 patients in the granules preparation group were treated with Qidan Tongluo decoction granules preparation.45 cases in the water decoction group were treated with traditional water decoction of Qidan Tongluo decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the granules preparation group was higher,and the TCM symptom score after treatment was lower than the water decoction group(P<0.05).The renal function indexes and inflammatory indexes after treatment in the granules preparation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional water decoctions,the Qidan Tongluo decoction granules are more effective in treating stage 3 diabetic nephropathy,delay the progression of the disease,have great clinical significance,and is worthy of application.
