椰子油对羔羊抗氧化活性和血液指标的影响

Effect of coconut oil on antioxidant activity and blood indexes in goat lambs

试验研究不同含量的椰子油对海南黑山羊抗氧化活性和血液指标的影响。选取24只10日龄健康、体重相近的羔羊,随机分为4组,每组6个重复。对照组(Ctrl组)、LCO、MCO、HCO组椰子油添加量分别为0、4、6和8 g/d,试验期90 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲喂椰子油可以显著提高羔羊血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量(P<0.05),极显著提高低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量(P<0.01)。MCO组羔羊血清中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);MCO组羔羊血清中生长激素(GH)的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。HCO组羔羊血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲喂椰子油可以提高羔羊的血清抗氧化能力,调节机体免疫性能,且6 g/d效果最佳。

The experiment was to study the effect of different levels of coconut oil on antioxidant activity and blood indexes in Hainan black goats.24 healthy lambs of 10-day-old with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six goats in each group.The additive dosage of coconut oil in control group(Ctrl group),LCO group,MCO group and HCO group was 0,4,6 and 8 g/d,respectively.The formal experiment lasted for 90 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,feeding coconut oil significantly increased the content of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)of lambs(P<0.05),and extremely increased the content of low density lipoprotein(LDL)(P<0.01).Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was significantly increased in MCO group(P<0.05).The serum GH content of lambs in MCO group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of lambs in HCO group was significantly higher than that in other three groups(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that feeding coconut oil can improve the blood indexes and antioxidant capacity of lambs and regulate the immune performance of the body,and the best level is 6 g/d.
