羟基氯化锌对肉牛生产性能、营养物质表观消化率以及屠宰性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of zinc hydroxychloride on production performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and slaughter performance of beef cattle

摘要 试验研究不同剂量羟基氯化锌对肉牛生产性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清和肝脏中锌的含量以及屠宰性能的影响。选择32头健康、体重相近(335.90±23.43)kg的川南山地黄牛公牛,随机分成4组,每组8个重复。对照组(0组)添加30 mg/kg的硫酸锌,30、60和90组分别在对照组的基础上添加30、60和90 mg/kg的羟基氯化锌。预试期10 d,正式试验期120 d。结果表明,30组肉牛的平均干物质采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);90组的平均干物质采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。30和60组肉牛的粗蛋白质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。60和90组的血清锌含量均显著高于30组和对照组(P<0.05);30组的血清锌含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。60和90组的肝脏锌含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,硫酸锌与羟基氯化锌联合使用(30 mg/kg+30 mg/kg)可以提高肉牛采食量和饲粮蛋白质表观消化率。 The experiment was to study the effect of zinc hydroxychloride on production performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,serum and liver zinc content and slaughter performance of beef cattle.A total of 32 healthy with similar body weight(335.90±23.43)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates in each group.The control group was supplemented with 30 mg/kg zinc sulfate,and the 30,60 and 90 group was supplemented 30,60 and 90 mg/kg zinc hydroxychloride on the basis of the control group.The adaptation period was 10 d,and the formal experiment lasted for120 d.The results showed that the average dry matter intake in group 30 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the average dry matter intake in group 90 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein in group 30 and group 60 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum zinc content in group 60 and group 90 was significantly higher than that in group 30 and control group(P<0.05),and the serum zinc content in group 30 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Liver zinc content in group 60 and group 90 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the combined application of zinc sulfate and zinc hydroxychloride(30 mg/kg+30 mg/kg)can promote the feed intake and dietary protein apparent digestibility of beef cattle.
