不同浓度包膜腐殖酸钠替代氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响

Effect of different concentrations of coated humic acid sodium instead of zinc oxide on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal morphology of weaned piglets

摘要 试验旨在研究不同浓度包膜腐殖酸钠替代氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道绒毛的影响。选取144头28日龄体重(7.12±0.10)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交早期断奶仔猪,公、母各半,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。试验期28 d。各组仔猪均饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮。试验A组添加1.5 g/kg包膜腐殖酸钠;试验B组添加3.5 g/kg包膜腐殖酸钠;试验C组添加2 g/kg氧化锌;试验D组为对照组。结果显示,B组仔猪的料重比低于其他各组(P>0.05)。B组仔猪的血清总抗氧化能力显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。B组仔猪血糖水平显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。B组的肠道绒毛高度、肠道绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值均极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。研究表明,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加3.5 g/kg的包膜腐殖酸钠可有效替代氧化锌。 The experiment was to study the effect of different concentrations of coated humic acid sodium instead of zinc oxide on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal villi of weaned piglets.One hundred and fortyfour 28-day-old’Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire’piglets with body weight(7.12±0.10)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and six piglets in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 28 d.The piglets were all fed with corn-soybean meal based diet.1.5 g/kg coated humic acid sodium was added in group A,3.5 g/kg coated humic acid sodium was added in group B,2 g/kg zinc oxide was added in group C,and group D was the control group.The results showed that the feed to gain ration of group B was higher than other groups(P>0.05).The serum total antioxidant capacity of group B was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The serum glucose level of group B was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of group B was extremely higher than other groups(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that adding 3.5 g/kg coated sodium humate in the diet of weaned piglets can effectively replace zinc oxide.
