日粮中添加莓茶素对文昌鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血液免疫功能、抗氧化活性的影响

Effect of dietary raspberry tea on growth performance,slaughter performance,blood immune function and antioxidant activity of Wenchang broilers

摘要 试验研究不同含量的莓茶素对文昌鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血液指标的影响。将240只70日龄健康、体重相近的文昌鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组文昌鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加不同水平(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)的莓茶素。试验期54 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加0.4%莓茶素组的文昌鸡末重和平均日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加0.4%莓茶素组文昌鸡胸肌率显著提高(P<0.05),添加0.6%莓茶素组文昌鸡的屠宰率和胸肌率均显著升高(P<0.05)。添加0.4%莓茶素组文昌鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.20%、0.40%、0.60%莓茶素均显著提高肉鸡血清中IgA的含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加莓茶素可以提高文昌鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和血清抗氧化能力,调节机体免疫性能,且以0.4%添加水平效果最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of different content of raspberry tea on growth performance,slaughter performance,blood indexes of Wenchang broilers.240 healthy Wenchang broilers of 70-day-old with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and 12 broilers in each replicate.The broilers in control group were fed with basic diet,and the broilers in experimental group were fed with different levels(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)of raspberry tea in basic diet.The experiment lasted for 54 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of the 0.4%raspberry tea group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the breast muscle rate of 0.4%raspberry tea group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the slaughter rate and breast muscle rate of 0.6%raspberry tea group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity of Wenchang broilers were significantly increased in 0.4%raspberry tea group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%raspberry tea could significantly increase the serum IgA content of broilers(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding raspberry tea to the diet can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,serum antioxidant capacity and immune function of Wenchang broilers,and the best level is 0.4%.
