摘要
试验研究饲料中添加甘氨酸对凡纳滨对虾生长、消化及抗氧化指标的影响。720尾初始体重(4.2±0.4)g的凡纳滨对虾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾。分别在基础日粮中添加2.0%(对照组)、2.4%、2.8%、3.2%、3.6%、4.0%甘氨酸。结果表明,日粮中添加3.6%、4.0%甘氨酸显著提高凡纳滨对虾的增重率和特定增长率(P<0.05)。2.4%、4.0%甘氨酸显著降低血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性(P<0.05)。2.4%、3.6%、4.0%甘氨酸显著降低超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),2.8%、3.2%甘氨酸显著提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),2.8%、3.2%、3.6%甘氨酸显著提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05)。2.4%甘氨酸显著提高肝胰腺淀粉酶(AMS)活性(P<0.05),3.2%、3.6%甘氨酸显著提高胰蛋白酶(TRY)活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,凡纳滨对虾日粮中甘氨酸的适宜添加量为3.6%。
The experiment was to study the effect of dietary glycine on growth,digestion and antioxidant indicators of Penaeus vannamei.720 Penaeus vannamei with initial body weight of(4.2±0.4)g were divided into six groups,with three replicates in each group and 40 Penaeus vannamei in each replicate.2.0%(control group),2.4%,2.8%,3.2%,3.6%and 4.0%glycine were added into basal feed,respectively.The results showed that adding 3.6%and 4.0%glycine to the feed significantly increased the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Penaeus vannamei(P<0.05).2.4%and 4.0%glycine significantly reduced serum acid phosphatase(ACP)activity(P<0.05).2.4%,3.6%and 4.0%glycine significantly reduced superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity(P<0.05),2.8%and 3.2%glycine significantly increased catalase(CAT)activity(P<0.05),2.8%,3.2%and 3.6%glycine significantly increased the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)(P<0.05).2.4%glycine significantly increased hepatopancreas amylase(AMS)activity(P<0.05),3.2%and 3.6%glycine significantly increased trypsin(TRY)activity(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the optimal supplemental level of glycine in the diet of Penaeus vannamei is 3.6%.
