摘要
为了研究环境温湿度对石膏板护面纸含水率及抗张性能的影响,选择三种不同实验条件:相同温度(23℃),不同相对湿度(24%、50%、80%、95%);相同相对湿度(50%),不同温度(10℃、15℃、25℃);低温(-5℃、-10℃、-18℃、-30℃)。实验结果表明,湿度对护面纸抗张强度影响较大,随着湿度的增加,含水率增加,抗张强度降低。10℃~25℃的温度范围内,温度对护面纸性能影响很小,基本可以忽略不计。同时低温条件下因护面纸含水率增加,导致护面纸强度较高温干燥后强度下降。
This study also investigated the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on the moisture content and tensile properties of plaster liner board.The plaster liner board was treated under three sets of conditions:same temperature(23℃),different relative humidities(RH,24%,50%,80%,95%)and same RH(50%),different temperatures(10℃,15℃,25℃)and low temperature(-5℃,-10℃,-18℃,-30℃).The results showed that,firstly,humidity had greater influence on the tensile properties.With the increase in humidity,the moisture content of plaster liner board increased,and its tensile properties became poor.Secondly,within the range of 10-25℃,temperature had little impact on the performance of the plaster liner board,which was neglectable.Thirdly,due to the increase in moisture content at low temperature,the tensile properties of the plaster liner board decreased compared with that after drying at high temperature.
