基于区块链技术的造纸绿色材料供应量控制技术

摘要 在造纸绿色材料供应量控制方面受到供应链业务信息传递方式的影响,造成生产过程中供应量控制不合理绿色材料消耗较大。因此,提出基于区块链技术的造纸绿色材料供应量控制技术研究。从造纸工艺中绿色材料需求入手,设计需求模型完成初步的供应量决策。然后以区块链技术为依托,建立供应链信息共享体系展示造纸过程中各项业务信息,加强绿色材料需求量判断的准确性。通过区块链呈现的供应链信息,完成造纸绿色材料供应量决策的滚动优化。最终实现造纸绿色材料供应量合理控制,保证造纸生产的低成本高效率。实验结果表明:文中设计的控制技术在保证生产质量的前提下,绿色材料消耗明显低于两种传统控制技术。随着生产量的增长,文中设计的控制技术相比其他两种技术,绿色材料消耗量分别降低了30.8%、27.6%。 In the papermaking industry,the supply control of green materials is affected by the information transmission mode of supply chain business,resulting in unreasonable supply control and excessive consumption of green materials in the production process.Therefore,this paper put forward the supply control technology of paper green materials based on the blockchain technology.The design of control technology started from the demand for green materials in the papermaking process,then the demand model was designed,and the preliminary supply decision was completed.Thereafter,based on the blockchain technology,the supply chain information sharing system was established to show the business information in the papermaking process,and to enhance the judgement accuracy of green material demands.Through the supply chain information presented by the blockchain technology,the rolling optimization of the supply decision of green materials for papermaking was completed.Finally,the supply of green materials for papermaking was reasonably controlled to ensure the low cost and high efficiency of papermaking production.The experimental results indicated that the green material consumption of the control technology designed in this paper was significantly lower than that of the two traditional control technologies on the premise of ensuring the production quality.With the growth of production,the green material consumption of the control technology designed in this paper was reduced by 30.8%and 27.6%,respectively,compared with the other two technologies.
