某种弹性非金属材料产品贮存寿命预估方法研究

Study on Storage Life Prediction Method of the Elastic Nonmetallic Material Products

弹性非金属材料产品是通用机械零件的重要组成材料,也是武器装备的重要组成部分。根据弹性非金属材料产品性能情况,本文针对某型弹性非金属材料的高温加速寿命试验数据,对非金属材料贮存寿命预估方法进行了研究,采用基于性能退化的贮存寿命评估方法,对某种弹性非金属材料的试验数据进行分析处理,评价了某种弹性非金属材料产品的寿命。

Elastic nonmetallic material products are important components of general mechanical parts and weaponry.According to the performance of elastic nonmetallic material products,this paper studies the storage life prediction method based on the high temperature accelerated life test data of a certain type of elastic nonmetallic material products.By using the storage life prediction method based performance degradation,this paper analyzes the test data of the elastic nonmetallic material products,and then predicts their life.
