The Impact of Environmental Factors on the Atmospheric Corrosion of the Metal Material Covered with Salt

摘要 为了明确盐雾对金属大气腐蚀行为的影响机制,考察了不同环境条件下沉积盐(NaCl)的密度、浓度、潮解特性等特征属性变化,归纳出NaCl与其他环境因素的交互作用与性状变化关系模型;通过以金属腐蚀物质传递动力学模型为基础,模拟了盐溶液下金属腐蚀受环境变化的影响。另外对铜的电化学分析结果表明,在不同浓度的NaCl溶液内Cu的自然电位随溶液浓度上升而线性上升,液相中铜的腐蚀受溶液浓度与pH的影响较大。 In order to understand the effect of salt spray on atmospheric corrosion behavior and mechanism of metal material,the influence of environmental conditions on the physical properties of NaCl was investigated,such as density,concentration and deliquescence humidity.And then,the relationship model between the physical properties of NaCl and other environmental factors was concluded.According to the corrosion dynamics rule,the corrosion rate of metal in thin electrolyte was simulated.In addition,the results of electrochemical analysis of copper show that the corrosion potential of copper in sodium chloride solution increased linearly with the increase of electrolyte concentration.The corrosion effect of copper is greatly affected by solution with different pH conditions and concentration.
