摘要
超声波检测是应用最广泛的无损检测技术之一,在超声波检测过程中,激发参数对检测效果有着直接的影响。本文研究了超声波检测的激励方式、激励脉冲宽度、激励电压、激励脉冲的重复频率、阻尼电阻等激发参数对检测结果的影响规律,给出了在实际无损检测工作中对上述各个激发参数的设置原则,旨在为从事超声波检测的人员提供参考。
Ultrasonic testing is one of the most widely used nondestructive testing technologies.In the process of ultrasonic testing,the excitation parameters have a direct impact on the inspection effect.This paper studies the influence of the excitation mode,pulse width,the excitation voltage,repetition frequency and damping resistance on the inspection results.The principles of setting the excitation parameters in actual NDT are given,which can provide a reference for the personnel engaged in ultrasonic testing.
