摘要
本文选用了一种将聚氨酯化合物与熟化剂混合后,形成的空腔三维填充方案。通过企业标准对材料的密度、膨胀率、吸水性测试。并针对某款车型,设计制定了具体的空腔三维填充方案。研究表明,空腔三维填充方案性能优势明显。三维填充方案与原有传统膨胀隔断片相比,具有轻量化且成本低的特性,能够提升整车气密性,有效改善乘用车吸声隔声性能,降低车内噪声。
In this paper,a proposal of three-dimensional stuffing in vehicle cavity was combined by polyurethane compound and curing agent.According to the enterprise standard,we studied the density,expansion rate,hygroscopic property.And we design and set a proposal of Vehicle Cavity Stuffing on a certain vehicle.The results showed this proposal had obvious advantages.Comparing with the original stuck baffles,the three-dimensional stuffing proposal was lightweight,cheaper,effectively improved the air leakage performance,sound absorption and insulation performance and reduced the noise in vehicle.
