空心注水铝合金构件的耐火性能试验研究

摘要 铝合金材料具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀性好、可挤压成型、可循环利用等优点,在建筑结构中的应用越来越广泛,但铝合金结构的耐火性能较差。利用自行设计并搭建的铝合金结构注水防火保护实验平台,开展了无保护铝合金构件、注水铝合金构件、通水铝合金构件受火试验。试验结果表明:无防火保护的铝合金空心构件耐火性能极差,在一定荷载作用下极短时间内就发生了屈服;水的存在可提高铝合金空心构件的耐火性能,延缓铝合金构件的失效时间;在火源和水流的共同作用下,火源、铝合金空心构件、水流存在动态的热平衡,水流量对铝合金结构注水防火保护的效果有较大影响,随着流量的增大,冷却控温效果更好。 Aluminum alloy material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, extrusion molding, recycling and so on. It is more and more widely used in building structure, but the fire resistance performance of aluminum alloy structure is poor. Using the self-designed and built water fire protection test platform for aluminum alloy structure, the fire test of unprotected aluminum alloy members, water-filled aluminum alloy members and water-connected aluminum alloy members was carried out. The test results show that the hollow aluminum alloy members without fire protection have very poor fire resistance and yield in a very short time under certain load. The presence of water can improve the fire resistance and delay the failure time of aluminum alloy hollow members. Under the joint action of fire source and water flow, there is a dynamic heat balance of fire source, aluminum alloy hollow member and water flow. The water flow has a great influence on the fire protection effect of water injection for aluminum alloy structure. With the increase of the flow, the cooling temperature control effect is better.
