摘要
VEGF与血管内皮生长因子受体(VEGF recepor,VEGFR)结合的信号转导通路是调控血管新生的关键通路,也是疾病基础研究的重点及临床治疗的重要靶点。丹参提取物及主要化合物丹酚酸B在不同疾病中对VEGF/VEGFR信号通路也有双向调节作用,丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮可通过该通路抑制血管生成,丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠可通过该通路促进血管生成。
The signal transduction pathway of VEGF combing with vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR)is not only key pathway to regulate angiogenesis,but also the focus of basic research and important target of clinical treatment.Salvia miltiorrhiza extract and its main compound salvianolic acid B also have two-way regulative effect on VEGF/VEGFR signal pathway in different diseases.TanshinoneⅠ,tanshinoneⅡA and cryptotanshinone could inhibit the angiogenesis throughthis pathway,and sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate could promote the angiogenesis through this pathway.
