紫贝止咳颗粒治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染临床观察

The Clinical Effect and Safety Zibei Zhike Granule for Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的评价紫贝止咳颗粒对于儿童反复呼吸道感染患者止咳效果的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年9月—2020年12月收治的反复呼吸道感染儿童患者250例作为研究对象,分为试验组与对照组。其中试验组150例口服紫贝止咳颗粒,对照组100例口服黄龙止咳颗粒,比较2组治疗效果和不良反应。结果试验组咳嗽总有效率为96.46%,对照组为79.00%;试验组咳痰总有效率为99.12%,对照组为83.00%;试验组精神状态评分总有效率为98.00%,对照组总有效率为87.00%。在改善咳嗽、咳痰症状方面试验组优于对照组。试验组不良反应总发生率为9.33%,对照组总发生率为34.00%,2组不良反应发生率相比差异有统计学意义。结论采用紫贝止咳颗粒对儿童反复呼吸道感染患者进行治疗有着更明确的疗效,且在儿童呼吸道感染的临床应用中不良反应发生率低,更为安全,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and Safety Zibei Zhike granule for children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 250 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.150 cases in the experimental group were treated with Zibei Zhike granules,and 100 cases in the control group were treated with Huanglong Zhike granules.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 96.46%and 79.00%respectively.The total effective rate of expectoration was 99.12%in the experimental group and 83.00%in the control group.The mental state score showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.00%.The experimental group was better than the control group in improving cough and sputum symptoms.The total incidence of adverse reactions was 9.33%in the experimental group and 34.00%in the control group,and there was a statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Zibei Zhike granule has a more definite curative effect in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower and safer in the clinical application of children with respiratory tract infection,which has the value of clinical promotion.
