中药熏蒸联合颈椎保健操在椎动脉型颈椎病患者病情康复中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Cervical Health Exercises in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylopathy

目的探讨中药熏蒸联合颈椎保健操在椎动脉型颈椎病患者病情康复中的应用效果。方法取2019年1月—2020年1月因患有椎动脉型颈椎病接受治疗的98例患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用中药熏蒸方法治疗,研究组则采用中药熏蒸与颈部保健操相结合的方法。比较2组疗效、干预前后的临床症状评分以及疼痛情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);与对照组干预后相比,研究组颈肩痛、头痛、眩晕及恶心、呕吐的症状评分均较低(P<0.05);与对照组干预后7 d及14 d相比,研究组的疼痛评分均较低(P<0.05)。结论对椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用中药熏蒸与颈椎保健操相结合的干预方法,其效果较好,能够有效改善患者临床症状,缓解其疼痛,利于临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with cervical health exercises in the rehabilitation of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,98 patients who came to our hospital for treatment with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and the study group was treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and cervical health exercises.The efficacy,clinical symptom scores before and after intervention,and pain conditions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the study group had lower symptoms of neck and shoulder pain,headache,dizziness,nausea and vomiting(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 7d and 14d after intervention,the pain scores of the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and cervical spine health exercises for patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has a good effect.It can effectively improve the patients’clinical symptoms and relieve their pain,which is beneficial to clinical application.
