达原饮联合升降散治疗不明原因发热验案

Proved Case of Dayuan Decoction Combined with Shengjiang Powder in the Treatment of Fever of Unknown Origin

不明原因发热是临床上常见的疑难杂症,由于病因及发病机制错综复杂,使临床诊断及治疗都很棘手。经验性抗生素疗效不甚理想,常令临床医生困扰。本案患者青年男性,反复高热3个月余,经西医应用抗生素、激素、解热镇痛药等治疗,病情反复,要求中药治疗。结合患者体质因素、生活习惯、工作及居住环境等,进行灵活辨证。掌握患者发热、寒战及舌脉特点,辨证为邪伏膜原半表半里证,以开达膜原,祛湿化浊为法,通过临床观察达原饮联合升降散加减治疗此案不明原因发热病例,治疗效果显著。

Fever of unknown origin is a common and difficult disease in clinical practice.Due to the complicated etiology and pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment are very difficult.The efficacy of empirical antibiotic treatment is not ideal,which often perplexes clinicians.In this case,the young male patient had repeated high fever for more than 3 months.He was treated with antibiotics,hormones and antipyretic and analgesic drugs by western medicine,and the effect was not good,so he required Chinese medicine treatment.Combined with the patient’s physical factors,living habits,work and living environment,flexible dialectical.Grasping the characteristics of fever,shivering,tongue and pulse of the patient,the syndrome differentiation was the syndrome of pathogenic factors in Moyuan and half surface and half inside.With the method of Kaida Moyuan and clearing damp to reduce turbidity,through clinical observation,the combination of Dayuan decoction and Shengjiang powder was used to treat the fever of unknown cause in this case,and the treatment effect was remarkable.
