近5年蜂针疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床概况

The Clinical Overview of Bee Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Recent 5 Years

类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)是一种发病率高、病程长、致残率高的全身性自身免疫性疾病,属中医学“痹证”范畴。蜂针疗法是一种兼有针刺、温灸、药物协同作用的复合型针灸疗法,在RA治疗中具有一定的优势。此文通过检索国内近5年的文献数据库,筛选出符合纳入和排除标准的文献13篇,总结了蜂针疗法在临床治疗RA的种类及疗效,并分析其选穴原则、刺法、治疗量、疗程及不良反应等情况,以期为蜂针疗法治疗RA的临床应用及进一步研究思路提供参考依据。

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic autoimmune disease with high incidence rate,long disease duration and high disability rate,which is a category of“arthralgia syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine.Bee acupuncture therapy is a compound acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with acupuncture,moxibustion and medicine synergistic effect.It has certain advantages in the treatment of RA.By searching the literature database of recent 5 years in China,this paper selects 13 articles that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and summarizes the types and efficacy of Bee Acupuncture Therapy in the clinical treatment of RA,analyzes its acupoint selection principle,acupuncture method,stimulation amount,treatment course and adverse reactions,etc.,so as to provide reference basis and further research ideas of bee acupuncture therapy in RA.
