摘要
美国著名音乐治疗学者海伦·邦尼(Helen Lindquist Bonny)在20世纪70年代创立了音乐引导想象(GIM)治疗技术,并尝试将此技术应用于团体音乐治疗,称为“团体GIM”。该文重点介绍丽莎·萨默(Lisa Summer)对于邦尼“团体GIM”的改进和发展历程,以及支持性团体音乐想象治疗、再教育性团体音乐想象治疗和重构性团体音乐想象治疗各个阶段的治疗目标、流程、治疗中所选择音乐的特点。文章所涉及的团体MI治疗是接受式团体音乐治疗技巧,属于音乐治疗的范筹,团体的带领者需经过专业的教育和培训。
This article focuses on Lisa Summer’s use of Helen Bonny’s Guided Imagery and Music(GIM)method for group therapy and improvement,and the goal and process of and the characteristics of the music selected for every stage of the supportive group music and imagery(MI)therapy,the re-educative group music and imagery therapy,and the reconstructive group music and imagery therapy.The method is a receptive group music therapy technique,and its practitioners should professional education and training.
