职业素养视阈下高校学生语言能力培养探究--以公安院校为例

Research on the Cultivation of Language Ability of College Students From the Perspective of Professional Accomplishment--Taking Police Colleges as the Example

立足于高等院校学生语言能力的重要意义,针对当前公安院校学生语言能力及教学现状进行深入分析,对如何有效培养学生语言能力提出了改进措施:明确职业语言的需求标准,职业意识和语言意识交融结合,增设语言培训课程和培训平台,完善普通话考核机制,提升师资水平,加强公安机关和学校间的合作等。

This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the language ability and teaching status of students in police colleges,and puts forward some improvement measures on how to effectively cultivate students'language ability.Specifically,the requirements of vocational language should be clarified,vocational awareness and language awareness should be integrated,language training courses and platforms should be added,mandarin assessment mechanism should be improved,the level of teachers should be improved,and the cooperation between public security organs and schools should be strengthened.
