近代上海产业型里弄街区住宅室内特征研究——以北京东路五金街为例

Study on Interior Characteristics of Houses of Industry-specialized Lilong District in Modern Shanghai:Taking East Beijing Road's Specialized District in Hardware Industry as an Example

近代上海社会兼容并蓄,文化多元交叠。产业型里弄街区因产业高度聚集,不同社会阶层的人群在此汇聚,由一条产业链串联起了多元的社会结构、物质空间和思想观念,这在住宅室内得以体现。文章以上海市北京东路五金街的一组里弄为例,根据街区内五金产业链的四个环节区分出不同类型的从业人群,从功能、空间和居住观念上分别对其住宅室内进行分析,并探讨导致其差异性背后的深层原因。正是这种差异促进了街区社会结构的稳定和产业经济繁荣。

In modern Shanghai,the society was inclusive and the culture was diverse and overlapping.Due to the high concentration of industries,people from different social strata gathered here.An industrial chain connects multiple social structures,material space and thoughts,which can be reflected in the residential interior.Taking a group of Lilong houses in East Beijing Road's Specialized District in Hardware Industry in Shanghai as an example,this paper distinguishes different types of employees according to the four links of the hardware industry chain in the block,analyzes their residential interior from the aspects of function,space and thoughts of living,and discusses the deep reasons behind their differences.It is these differences that promoted the stability of the social structure and the prosperity of industrial economy.
