基于PFIC模式下传统建筑保护与活化研究——以江西地方传统建筑为例

Research on Conservation and Activation of Traditional Buildings based on PFIC Model:Taking Jiangxi Local Traditional Architecture as an Example

江西地方传统建筑数量庞大,种类繁多,建筑文化底蕴丰厚,是中国南方文化的重要组成部分。但是随着现代化进程的推进,传统建筑普遍面临着空心化与过度商业化等问题。基于长期的实地调研,文章简要概述了江西地方传统建筑的发展现状,对其保护与活化形式进行了分析总结,并探讨在基于PFIC模式下的传统建筑保护与活化策略。其内容包括:建筑群体规划保护创建(Produce)、建筑单体分级保护创立(Found)、原住居民生活空间活化创新(Innovate)与公共空间价值活化创造(Create)。

Jiangxi's local traditional architecture is a large number,variety,rich architectural culture.It is an important part of the south culture of China.However,with the advancement of modernization,traditional architecture is faced with such problems as hollowing out and excessive commercialization.Based on long-term field research,this paper briefly summarizes the development status of local traditional architecture in Jiangxi,analyzes and summarizes its protection and activation forms,and discusses the protection and activation strategies of traditional architecture based on PFIC model.Its contents include:the creation of building group planning and protection,the creation of building monomer classification protection,the innovation of native residents'living space and the creation of public space value.
