韧性城市建设视角下老城住区街道步行空间更新设计——以西安市西北二路为例

Urban Renewal of Pedestrian Areas in Inner-city Quarters in the View of Resilient City Construction:A Case Study of Second Xibei Road in Xi'an City

后疫情时代城市韧性建设盛行,亟须探讨如何高效利用城市步行空间这一居民生活重要场所。文章选取西安市明城墙内西北二路步行空间作为研究对象,通过实地调研、分析归纳、案例借鉴等方法对其进行系统的分析与研究,发现空间安全性低、设施与标识严重缺乏、公共活动空间缺失、环境压抑易致病等问题,空间建设质量差,韧性建设十分不足。基于此,采用加强15min生活圈建设、使用绿色建材、建设全面信息共享平台等方法,以期增强空间韧性,打造可持续发展的美好人居环境。

In a post-pandemic era where the construction of resilient cities prevails,how to fully making use of pedestrian areas hence needs to be figured out urgently.Taking the pedestrian areas of Second Xibei Road inside Xi'an City Wall as the subject,this paper is aiming to systematically do analyses and conduct researches of it,by methods of field investigation and study,analyzing and inducing,and case referencing.It's found that it is low safety of space,shortage of infrastructures and signposts,lack of public space,and cramped conditions that is likely to induce mental illness,that lead to its poor space quality and deficient space resilience.Measures for enhancing the space resilience are thereby suggested to take,such as building a 15-minute life circle,utilizing regenerative building materials,and constructing a comprehensive platform for community information sharing,in the hope of creating a sustainable human settlement.
