以环境公平为导向促进公众健康的实践路径

Practice Path of Promoting Public Health Oriented by Environmental Equity

在后疫情时代,人们越来越重视自身的健康状况。如何通过城市绿地环境的改造或建设,使其对公众的健康有公平的促进作用,是目前研究的热点。文章回顾了国内外历史上绿地发展的过程,探究了由于环境不公平,形成不同等级的优劣环境对于公众健康的影响以及产生影响的途径,分析目前环境促进公众健康公平所面临的挑战。通过一种跨学科的方法,将公众健康提出身体健康、心理健康、社会健康的观点和环境正义提出的分配公平、程序公平和背景公平结合起来,建立一个系统的连接的框架。为实现公众健康公平,提出城市绿地未来发展的相关建议。

In the post-epidemic era,people are paying more and more attention to their own health.The research focuses on how to promote the public health in a fair way through the transformation or construction of the urban green space environment.This paper reviews the development and fairness of green space in the history at home and abroad,explores the impact of different levels of good and bad environment on public health due to environmental injustice,analyzes the challenges faced by the environment to promote public health equity,and based on this,puts forward suggestions to realize reasonable and balanced distribution of urban green space,and appropriately increase sports activities.
