TOD站城一体化理念下的旧城中心区更新研究——以昆明西站枢纽区域项目为例

Study on the Renewal of the Old City Center under the Concept of Tod Station-City Integration:Taking Kunming West Station Hub Area Project as an Example

文章基于TOD站城一体化理念,从旧城中心区更新出发,针对目前旧城中心区存在的社会经济衰退、功能空间不足以及交通和生态恶化等问题,以站城一体化为导向,结合昆明西区域城市更新设计,提出全域性整合策略、以人为本和智慧生态可持续的设计策略等实际操作设计手段,对以TOD站城一体化理论为中心进行的旧城区改造更新设计进行补充,以期为后来同类项目提供思路。

Based on the concept of TOD Station-City Integration,starting from the renewal of the old city center,aiming at the problems existing in the old city center,such as the social and economic recession,the insufficiency of function space,the deterioration of traffic and ecology,etc,combined with the urban renewal design of the western region of Kunming,this paper puts forward some practical design methods,such as the overall integration strategy,the design strategy of people-oriented and the sustainable design strategy of intelligent ecology.This paper makes a supplement to the renovation of the old urban areas based on the integration theory of TOD stations,in order to provide ideas for similar projects.
